CREAF signs the document as a member of Severo Ochoa & Maria de Maeztu Alliance (SOMMa). The signatories demand a national pact that includes long-term strategies aimed at promoting frontier science and business innovation. The document aims to add and provide strategic solutions to the recent Pact for Science and Innovation that the Government has just announced.

CREAF earns ‘Severo Ochoa’ accreditation

In its application, CREAF proposed a strategic research plan for generating knowledge to help tackle the 21st century’s main environmental problems, such as climate change and biodiversity loss. Following rigorous international evaluation, CREAF has been chosen for accreditation on the basis of its scientific results and strategic programmes.
